Why it's Truth
Primary White House archives (Trump White House site and American Presidency Project) and corroborating reports from Washington Times, CNN, PolitiFact, and Snopes confirm the January 19, 2021 award to Fauci for Operation Warp Speed efforts. The claim accurately reflects the documented event and context, with the commendation recognizing contributions to the rapid vaccine development program.
